About

Trained in Ericksonian hypnosis in 1993, the primary author of this site is a  Registered Nurse with an M.S. in Psychology.  The author has also been a lucid dreamer since childhood and attended a variety of dream workshops.

The main purpose of this blog is to explore topics related to hypnosis, dreams, and intuition.  These topics may range from clinical applications such as weight loss, smoking cessation, and pain control applications such as back, dental, or cancer pain.  Other topics are not off limits, and discussion may include benefits from yoga or other physical exercise.  The emphasis is healing modalities that do not involve pharmaceuticals or hospitalization.

Other topics will include visualization of goals for attainment of personal and business objectives.

The blog will also serve as a testing ground to determine whether or not the primary author wishes to develop podcasts related to these topics and possibly MP3 recordings for sale.
